The KCP Builders Pvt Ltd is sister concern company of KCP Project Ltd is functioning under the same management under leadership of Sri K.C. Pullaiah. The other Directors are Mr. K. Anil Kumar(Managing Diector), Mr. K. Susheel Kumar(Executive Director), Mr. K. Naveen Kumar as Director.

The KCP Builders Pvt Ltd is taken up a housing project in the prime area of the Proddatur i.e. YMR Colony (Co-Operative Colony) and constructing 30 Nos. of Flats (10 BHK Flats & 20 (2 BHK Flats) in the land area of 22 cents.

The KCP Projects Ltd is recently entered a development agreement to construct housing Apartment at Nizampet area at Kukatpally, Hyderabad in the extent of 3000 Sq.yards. This project contains 35 Flats of the 3 BHK Flats and 25 Nos. of 2 BHK along with amenities like cellar + stilt parking area, swimming pool, health centre, library with walking track, solar finishing etc.

The project is as per the norms of Hyderabad development authority will be commencing very shortly.
